SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to get your gear to you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship orders from YotaCollective.com.
- All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- Larger orders may have longer lead times.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
- We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on. your location and order size. FREE SHIPPING is offered for ordes above $49
- Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- We currently ship to select countries outside the US. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties.
- Shipping times vary by location and may take 7-21 days.
Once your order leaves our hands, shipping timelines are out of our control. Weather, carrier issues, or customs delays can occasionally affect delivery.
Please double-check your shipping info before submitting your order. If something’s off, contact us immediately at hello@yotacollective.com. Once shipped, we can't reroute packages.
RETURN POLICY
At Yota Collective, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 Days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right ASAP.
- Returns are accepted within 30 Days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Original packaging (if applicable) should be included.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We offer 50% OFF on exchange requests.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, including those for exchanges. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@yotacollective.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide information and guidance on how to send your item back.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
